Service confirmation
The service must be confirmed in writing. After confirmation, cancellations may be made free of charge up to 48 hours before the date of the service, up to a maximum of 10% of the number of meals previously informed and confirmed.
Cancellations outside these parameters will be charged in full.
Payment
50% with the award of the service | remaining amount up to 48 hours before the start of the service.
Timetables for Além Mar Services
Lunch Monday to Sunday: 12h00 – 16h00.
Dinner Monday to Sunday: 19h30 – 02h00.
Extending the service beyond 16h00 or 02h00 requires prior authorization from the hotel management and an hourly charge of €100.00.
Damage
Hotel Dom Henrique Downtown reserves the right to be indemnified for damages caused by participants in the event.
