SERVICE CONFIRMATION
All the events | services must be confirmed by e-mail. After the confirmation we accept cancelations up to 48 hours before the start of the service | event for a maximum of 10% of the number of meals previously confirmed. Cancellations outside these standards will be charged the total amount
PAYMENT
50% with the confirmation order | remaining value up to 48 hours from the start of the service
BUFFET SERVICES ALÉM MAR
Lunch from Monday until Sunday – 12h30 -16h00
Dinner from Monday until Sunday – 19h30 – 01h00
The extension of the service beyond 16h30 or 01h00 provides for prior authorization from the Hotel Management and a cost of € 100.00 per hour
DAMAGES
The Hotel Dom Henrique Downtown reserves the right to be indemnified for damages caused by the participants in the event | service.
